Future

The Babz Chula Lifeline for Artists Society was established on March 4, 2008, to primarily provide support to Babz Chula in meeting the challenges and costs related to her medical care.
It has always been Babz’s wish to assist other performing artists that find themselves in the position of struggling to meet extraordinary costs for their medical expenses when dealing with a severe injury or serious illness.
As result and of Babz’s request and in keeping with her bigger vision, the board of the Babz Chula Lifeline for Artists Society is now ready to embark on broadening the mandate of the society as was Babz’s original vision.
As of April 29, 2010, our new mandate is to:
Hold an annual fundraiser on behalf of performing artists and/or to support and aide various arts groups that have a mandate to support individuals facing challenges due to illness, accident, disability or those facing barriers to participate in the arts.
To donate funds not required for the ongoing operations of the society to another not for profit society/ies and/or charitable organization/s that demonstrate a philosophy consistent with that of the Babz Chula Lifeline for Artists Society.
